Pamela R. Jones has 25 years experience handling civil rights and employment law matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, disputed drug tests, breach of contract, overtime compensation, and severance negotiation. She defends professionals and license holders in investigations conducted by professional licensing boards, and counsels small businesses on compliance matters. Ms. Jones received her B.A. from Southeastern Louisiana University and her J.D. from Louisiana State University Law Center, where she received awards for academic excellence and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. Ms. Jones regularly conducts professional seminars on labor and employment law topics. She has the experience and skill to handle complex labor and employment law matters in federal and state courts and administrative agencies.
