Michael A. Marino has a comprehensive area of practice including litigation as well as transactional and title work. Mr. Marino has litigation experience in Louisiana State District Courts, Appellate Courts and the Louisiana Supreme Court as well as Federal Court litigation experience. In commercial litigation he has litigation experience involving general commercial litigation as well as experience in less common areas such as non-competition agreements, the Louisiana Unfair Trade Practices Act and the Louisiana Uniform Trade Secrets Act.
