Jacob P. Williams

Mr. Williams represents and advises clients in all stages of litigation and transactions. He has extensive experience in complex litigation including representing local government entities, property disputes, general commercial litigation, and disputes over mineral sales and leases. He also has significant transactional experience assisting clients in formation and administration of corporate entities, corporate transactions, intellectual property licensing agreements, drafting contracts, as well as negotiating employment contracts for health care providers.
As a native of North Louisiana, Mr. Williams graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He returned to North Louisiana after graduating from Loyola University New Orleans, School of Law in 2020, where he was a member of the Order of the Barristers and competed in several advocacy competitions and served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Kurt D. Engelhardt a circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
Mr. Williams began his career with a Shreveport-Bossier based firm in 2020 prior to joining the firm in 2023. He is authorized to practice before all Louisiana State Courts and is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and the Shreveport Bar Association.
